It will be in a woodland near St Albans, north of London.

• Friday night trail run, looped event with Camino Ultra + free espresso martini for all who run or walk a loop.
• A full day of nature, wellness and fitness themed workshops on Saturday
• Workshop by naturopathic doctor and herbalist, Mia Medicina
• Sauna (and hopefully ice bath)

• Friday night dance & disco party with DJ Chris Geisler until 1am
• Saturday night old school rave with mystery DJs until 1am

But you're very welcome to bring your own food and drink, we're super chilled.

We're putting this on purely for the love of community and connection. The cost of the ticket literally will just to cover the cost of putting on the event.

This is our time to kick back and have some fun with the Exhale and Camino fam.

Here's a rough plan:

Arrive Friday after work. Get settled and eat your own food or buy from the pizza van. We'll add you to a festival Whatsapp group for announcements. There will be a forest loop and everyone who walks or runs it will get a free espresso martini (or other drink) from the bar. There will be prizes for the most loops ran. Friday night fun disco party until 1am.

Saturday wake early for a guided run, and/or yoga. Through the day there will be a series of workshops with a natural lifestyle / health / wellness theme. The sauna will be open throughout the weekend. Saturday evening we'll all muck in for a communal meal. We slightly wing it but last time it was a highlight! Saturday night the music gets a bit more bassey with a party until 1am again.

Sunday pack down and leave the site spotless!

We'll run a paid brekafast bar on both mornings, but bring food for the rest of the weekend. Think of it as a massive campout with friends, with a wellness and party vibe!

There is 1 remaining kitted out bell tent available for hire, a 6 person bell tent.

It has 2 double beds and 2 single beds.

So you have the option to bring some friends or share with strangers or pay for the whole Tent just for the two of you.

The Bell Tent is £315 for the two nights.
